Air Travel

Roundtrip coach class airfare for the winner and their guest is included as part of Sales Summit. Flight arrangements for winners and guests must be made through Direct Travel. Tickets not booked through Direct Travel will not be reimbursed. When registering, you will provide your travel information. Direct Travel will contact you to confirm flight bookings. Do NOT contact Direct Travel, they will contact you after receiving your travel request via your complete registration, within 3-5 business days. To ensure flight availability and favorable fares, all registrations with travel requests should be booked as soon as possible.

Airport Transfers / Ground Transportation

Round-trip ground transportation upon arrival on Thursday, December 4 and departure on Sunday, December 7 between Calgary International Airport (YYC) and Fairmont Banff Springs.

Anyone arriving and/or departing outside your approved travel dates or to a different airport will need to make their own airport transfer arrangements.
