What is included in the Sales Summit program?
Your award includes the following for you and one hosted adult guest (18 years and over).
Program Inclusions:
- Round-trip coach airfare from your local airport to Calgary International Airport (YYC)
- Round-trip ground transportation upon arrival on Thursday, December 3 and departure on Sunday, December 6 between Calgary International Airport (YYC) and Fairmont Banff Springs.
- Horizon Medical hosts all meals as listed on the program agenda
- Accommodations (room and tax) at Fairmont Banff Springs for the three official program nights (December 3, 4, 5)
- One optional hosted activity, on Friday, December 4, for the winner and their guest
- Porterage and Housekeeping gratuities for the official days of the program. Please note if you extend your stay, you will need to cover all expenses
Program Exclusions:
- Parking or transportation to/from your home to your local airport
- Pre- and post-extensions at the resort
- Changes to your ticketed flight itinerary
- All resort incidental charges including telephone calls, laundry, gift purchases, internet access, restaurant, room service, movies, etc.
- Childcare, pet sitting, or other expenses incurred in your home city
- Resort gratuities for pre- or post-extensions
- Airline baggage and upgrade fees
- Costs of the non-hosted events where attendees are free to make their own plans with other attendees and guests
